Geode Lifeworks helps leaders & organizations develop the internal capacity to perform under pressure.
We partner with teams navigating transition—rapid change, burnout, disruption, growth, and uncertainty—where technical skill alone is not enough.
Our work as a leadership and organizational capability firm focuses on the human systems beneath performance: attention, decision-making, communication, resilience, and ethical judgment when stakes are high. Through applied labs, bootcamps, retreats, consulting, and research-backed tools, we translate behavioral science and emotional intelligence into practices leaders can actually use—when it matters most.

Like a geode, real strength forms from the inside out.
We focus on what holds under pressure so leaders and cultures are ready for the moments that test them.

About Our Founder
Skye King is a behavioral scientist, founder, and interdisciplinary strategist who works with leaders and organizations operating under pressure—where uncertainty is real, stakes are high, and decisions shape people, systems, and long-term impact. Her work integrates behavioral science, emotional intelligence, and experience-based learning to build leadership capability in the age of AI.

Skye designs and facilitates evidence-based workshops and immersive programs that help leaders build trust, prevent burnout, and make better decisions when information is incomplete and incentives are misaligned. Her work often focuses on AI readiness and adoption, human-centered change, culture activation, and workforce resilience—helping organizations move beyond tools and training toward sustainable behavior change.

Over the past two decades, Skye has partnered with venture-backed startups, Fortune 500 companies, global NGOs, and government initiatives across public health, science, government, and emerging technologies. She is especially drawn to moments of transition—when organizations are redefining how they lead, grow, or responsibly use new tools.
Her approach is grounded in her training in epidemiology, biostatistics, and ethical health communication, and guided by a clear belief: intent is not enough—impact matters. Leadership requires accountability for the systems we design, the language we use, and the signals we send when things don’t go as planned.
