Whether you're reeling from the shock, struggling to stay motivated, or beginning to reimagine what’s next, the Lab is here to meet you where you are—and help you get to the other side.

Workshops
Four FREE workshops designed to support your recovery from layoff—from the emotional aftermath to rebuilding daily structure, social connection, and future vision.
Each 60-minute session blends behavioral science, guided reflection, and actionable tools you can use right away. We generally do these live at least once per quarter. Follow us on Eventbrite to receive information about upcoming sessions.
